DB Chest Press 100 pound bells max reps
DB Pullover 85 pounds 15 reps.
DB Upright Rows 55 pounds for 12 reps.
Wide Grip Pull-ups MAX Reps
Dips on the bard max reps at 15.
Sit-ups 35 pound plate 25 reps.
*Did all 6 exercises with no rest then took 15 seconds to 30 seconds break before starting the circuit over again.

Bonus round was:
Side Laterals for 15 pounds 40 reps.
Flat DB Press 65 pounds for 17 hit failure.
