Master the basics, don’t be a sissy, put the work in.
I’m always ready, I’m always in shape because my gym workouts are hard, intense and no screwing around.

I train my way, ready to go keeping myself functionally, combat ready.

I don’t want days off, I’m a minimalist, I do the necessary, know what to do and what not to do.

More hard training completed this morning. My way is hard and challenging.

It’s easy to obtain something but hard to maintain, especially at almost 46 years old.

The sacrifice it takes to train with the same intensity as my prime competitive years of 20 years ago is almost impossible to explain to a person that just goes through the motions or has never stepped on the mat before.

I still have that same drive, hard charging, go getter, grinding daily mentality.

If you think you’re beaten, you are.

I’m not done, I still have goals to achieve.
