Health is Wealth.
I know this for a fact. The better I am the more things I can do. I have to help myself first before I can help others.
*My health is wealth, in this regard I feel like a millionaire. Training makes me happy so I do it as much as possible.

Training makes me feel good inside, keeps the blood flowing. I’ve been training for 33 years consistently. I train 5 to 6 days per week, trying to better myself each day I’m blessed to wake up. I get to make my life the way I wish it to be based off the choices I make. The energy I put out is the energy I get back.

Working out is therapy for me both mentally and physically.
First thing is when you challenge your body you’re going to go against adversity, this is where you get the chance to adapt and overcome. This shows what type of mental fortitude you have. It shows how you’re going to find your weaknesses and strengths. You can’t give up, you learn how to adapt your character for victory.
*THE ONLY MEDICATION I’M ON IS THIS WORKOUT.
Get yourself together, then you can do other things to help other people.
I’m an all natural 198 pound 46 year old MAN. I take care of myself if you don’t take care of yourself you’re DONE!
The respiratory system goes hand in hand with cardio/calisthenics training.
I do a combination of weights/calisthenics in a circuit routine. This typically runs me 30-45 minutes focusing on toning up and burning fat. Cardio is everything, don’t make it easy, make it hard!
My training is geared to fight off the undefeated “Father Time” who will eventually take me out. I just hope that I can fight him off as long as possible. If you can’t breathe you can’t fight…You must have a full gas tank.
You have to have a fitness lifestyle. You can’t just do the minimal then take selfies of yourself and expect results.
I do this because it is my escape from the realities of all the lunacy in our world. Whatever negative crap you have going on training in the gym and putting that bad energy to something positive puts me back in a proper mindset.
The gym is where I forget all the unhappy things. Happiness should be simple, if I can do the things I like every day, I’ll be very happy.
Training and being in the gym makes me happy. It is where I can show my talent. When you find the place you belong win/lose you won’t want to leave.
I suffer a lot, that’s how I live my life. I’m always ready, I’m always in shape because my gym workouts are always harder than any gym class. I train my way, not your way. I’ll take my self supervised workouts any day. I’m not going to get hurt, I keep myself functionally combat fit.
Ready to go…You can’t BS your way through one of my workouts….I don’t want days off….I’m a minimalist, I do the necessary, know what to do and know what not to do.
Nutrition point- The earth’s not going to curse you it’s going to bless you. If it’s not seeded you shouldn’t eat it. You want life in this not death. Put life into it. You want minerals in your body not chemicals. You want to always be in control of “self” alcohol is not a performance enhancer. It is a performance decreaser that turns normal people into idiotic motor mouths with a fake shield of invincibility.
